- Avoid Special Characters
- Please avoid using special characters such as "/+&@?" when naming tracks, as this can cause export problems.
- Recording Length Limitations
- While Dolby On does not have any size limit other than the users’ own available internal device storage of your device, It's recommend to keep the recordings under:
- 3 hours for iOS devices
- 90 minutes for Android devices.
- Recordings longer than these durations may lead to export and storage errors. Please note, the longer the recording, the more time it will take to export. Additionally, Dolby On does not operate in the background.
- While Dolby On does not have any size limit other than the users’ own available internal device storage of your device, It's recommend to keep the recordings under:
- Close and Reopen the App
