Follow these steps to send a track to Dolby On Support;
- Open the Dolby On app.
- Tap Library icon (bottom left corner).
- Your recorded tracks will be displayed.
- Swipe left on the track you want to send and tap the Share icon (centre option).
- In the share sheet, tap on "Dolby On Support" option.
- A Dolby On Support consent popup will appear with Agree and Disagree options.
Please read the notice carefully before enabling it and ensure that you agree to the terms.
Then tap Agree to proceed.
Note: Starting with Dolby On iOS v2.0 in August 2026, users will see a Dolby On Support consent popup due to updates to the Dolby On Terms of Use. To share a track with Dolby, you must first review the notice and tap Agree.
- A pop-up will appear asking for your email address.
- Enter the e-mail address, you used when submitting the issue.
- Tap "Submit" to complete the process.
