Note: This guide covers five cloud storage services tested with Dolby On as of June 2026: Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, iCloud Drive, and Dropbox. Other cloud storage services accessible through iOS and Android share functionality may also work but have not been verified.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you are logged into your desired cloud storage app before beginning the export process
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access Your Tracks
- Open the Dolby On app
- Tap the Library icon at the bottom left to view all your recorded tracks
2. Select Multiple Tracks
- Tap the Select icon at the top left
- The screen will change to multi-select mode, showing Select All, Done, Delete, and Share options
- Select the tracks you want to export
3. Initiate Export
- Tap the Share icon
- A popup will appear asking "Choose export quality"
- Note (Android only): The popup will also display the recommended free space required for exporting. Ensure you have the recommended space available on your device for smoother exports.
- Select either Highest or Standard
- Note: The Highest option exports tracks in lossless quality if originally recorded with lossless enabled
4. Choose Your Cloud Storage Service
Google Drive
- Tap Drive in the system share sheet
- Select your desired Account and Folder
- Tap Upload at the top right
- Monitor the upload progress for each track
OneDrive
- Tap OneDrive in the system share sheet
- Upload to OneDrive
Box
- Tap Box and enter your passcode if prompted
- Select the destination folder for your tracks
- Tap Upload and monitor the progress
iCloud Drive (iOS)
One-time setup required: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive and enable Sync this [device] before proceeding.
- Tap Save to Files
- Navigate to Browse > iCloud Drive
- Tap Save to upload your tracks
Dropbox
- Tap Dropbox in the system share sheet
- Select your desired folder
- Tap Upload and monitor the progress
5. Complete the Process
- Once uploading is complete, the "Exporting # track(s)" screen will appear
- Tap Close, then return to your library.
